Very accommodating

This is one of the very few restaurants where I can eat, confident that I will not have a reaction. Almost everything is made on site (except for the egg rolls, chicken balls, and dim sum). The owner and staff are incredibly accommodating, and prepare our food with lots of exceptions (i.e. no soy sauce, no corn starch). We try to go when it's not busy, so as not to inconvenience them, because they are so good to us.
