I'm a thirty-something girl who loves cooking and eating out and refuses to be stopped by allergies. I run a blog dedicated to allergies, asthma and eczema with the goal of helping people figure out what works best for them. Now that I've found a good dairy-free cheese that melts, I'm hoping for a brie-style dairy-free cheese.
